As a runner herself who has completed four marathons - most recently doing the 2023 Melbourne Marathon, a personal best 10km Run Melbourne 2025 and Hyrox Melbourne 2024. Kylie understands a runner's point of view, goals and challenges. Kylie has developed training plans for runners at all levels which are all built around the individual and their goals.

All you really need is a good pair of well-fitted running shoes and comfortable workout gear. I highly recommend getting fitted at a credible running store to ensure you have the right shoes for your foot type and running style, Kylie can help with expert suggestions if you need guidance!

If your program includes strength training (which I highly recommend for injury prevention and performance!), having dumbbells, resistance bands, or access to a gym is a bonus—but I also provide bodyweight alternatives.
