As a runner herself who has completed four marathons - most recently doing the 2023 Melbourne Marathon, a personal best 10km Run Melbourne 2025 and Hyrox Melbourne 2024. Kylie understands a runner's point of view, goals and challenges. Kylie has developed training plans for runners at all levels which are all built around the individual and their goals. 

Kylie's personalised running programs are designed to help runners of all levels improve their performance, prevent injuries, and become a more efficient runner for your biomechanics. Whether you're recovering from an injury, new to running or want to return to running after some time off my tailored physiotherapy running programs will support you in achieving your running goals safely and efficiently.
