1. What conditions do you treat?

Kylie, Zoe, Phoebe & Jade treat a wide range of conditions, please refer   to their profiles for specialities.

2. What should I expect during my first visit?

During your first visit, each clinician will conduct a thorough assessment to understand your medical history, current symptoms, and goals. They will then create a personalised treatment plan based on your needs. Our team focuses on what you can do, not what you can't do. They will work with your trainer/coach if you have one to help you with your program.

The number of sessions varies depending on your condition, severity, and individual progress. Some patients may see improvement in just a few visits, while others may require ongoing care.

A doctors referral is not necessary. You can book directly here.

Through the Enhanced Primary Care initiative (EPC) you can have 5 physiotherapy sessions annually that are partly covered through Medicare. You need a referral from your GP to access this service.

Yes, we accept most major insurance providers. We recommend checking with your provider to confirm coverage. We have HICAPS system so you only have to pay the out of pocket expense.

This is individualised to the patients presentation and needs.
