Late cancellation & Failure to attend

Cancellation Policy 

At our clinic, your appointment time is reserved just for you. When appointments are missed or cancelled at short notice, that time often cannot be offered to someone else who may be waiting for care.

As a small business, every appointment counts. Missed appointments are unpaid time for us and reduce our ability to provide care to others.

Our Policy

• Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

• Appointments cancelled within 24 hours, or missed, will incur the full appointment fee.

• Cancellation fees and failure to attend fees must be paid within 7 days of the missed appointment. This policy allows us to ensure equal opportunity for people on our waitlist who may need an appointment
