A full AXIT session at The Functional Physio typically includes:

1. Movement Screening

We observe how you move to understand patterns, compensations, and areas of overload.

2. Lower-Limb Strength Testing

Often including:

  • glut x strength

  • hamstring strength

  • quadriceps strength

  • calf strength

  • upper limb testing

  • shoulder muscle testing

3. Power & Balance Assessments

We assess how efficiently and evenly you produce force — essential for runners, athletes, and anyone returning to sport.

4. Review of Your Results

You get clear, easy-to-read data showing your strength, imbalances, and performance metrics.

5. Personalised Plan

We build a targeted strength or rehab plan based on your results so you know exactly what to work on.
