Whether you’re new to running, returning from a break, or simply wanting to move better, sometimes all you need is a second set of expert eyes.
That’s why I created the Run Check — a simple, no-fuss way to get feedback on your running form from a physiotherapist who knows runners.
What is the Run Check?
The Run Check is a quick video review service designed to give you meaningful, actionable insight into your running technique — without the need for a full consult or overwhelming information.
You send me a short set of running clips (front, side, and back views), and I’ll send back a short Loom video highlighting a few key areas to focus on. These might be simple cues to improve posture, cadence, or movement efficiency — whatever is most relevant to your form.
Why I Created It
Over the years, I’ve worked with so many runners who either:
Weren’t sure if their technique was “okay”
Were feeling little niggles they couldn’t quite explain
Wanted to improve performance but didn’t know where to start
