How does the program work?
Once you sign up to the Run Strong App, you'll choose which program you would like access to. These are structured strength workouts designed by an expert physiotherapist with 17 years of experience working with runners. You can complete workouts at your own pace, anytime, anywhere. -
How does this help with injury prevention?
Run Strong focuses on key strength exercises that target common weak areas in runners, helping reduce the risk of injuries like shin splints, runner’s knee, and Achilles issues. Move strong focuses on strength, stability and endurance exercises to build strength in the gym or home. -

You can access the 12-week running program by signing up for the full plan. The program is designed to help you progressively build strength, endurance, and stability, with clear instructions for each exercise. -
Do I need any special equipment?
Some exercises throughout the 12-week program may require basic equipment like resistance bands, dumbbells, or a bench. However, many exercises can be done with just bodyweight. You'll find the equipment requirements for each workout listed in the program. -
