Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Q: What is included in the Run Check service?
A: You’ll get a detailed 10minute video review of your running form, a personalised PDF report with strengths and areas to improve, plus tailored strength and technique recommendations. Optional follow-up calls and training plans are also available.

Q: How do I record and submit my running videos?
A: Ideally, record your running on a treadmill or flat outdoor surface. Capture front, side, and rear views, including whole body shots and close-ups from hips to feet. Submit your videos via the provided Google Form link after payment.

Q: How long does it take to receive feedback?
A: You can expect your video review and report within 7 business days after submitting your video and questionnaire.

Q: Can you diagnose or treat injuries through this service?
A: No, this is not a medical/physio consultation. The Run Check focuses on running form and technique only. If you have pain or an injury, please seek a full physiotherapy or medical assessment.

Q: Can I schedule a follow-up consultation?
A: Yes! A 45-minute telehealth call can be booked separately to review your results and answer any questions.

Q: Is the custom training plan included?
A: The training plan is an optional extra and is delivered via TrainingPeaks for an additional fee.

Q: What if I’m new to running or recovering from injury?
A: The Run Check is suitable for all levels. If you’re recovering from injury, please disclose this in your questionnaire, and consider booking a full consult for tailored care.
