No referral is needed to book a pregnancy massage. However, if you have any pregnancy complications or your doctor or midwife has advised any restrictions on physical treatment, please let us know before your session.

3. What should I wear to the appointment?
You'll be asked to undress to your comfort level, and sheets/towels will be used to drape appropriately during treatment. Positioning is supported with cushions and bolsters, typically side-lying or semi-reclined, to ensure comfort and safety throughout.

4. Is pregnancy massage painful?
You may feel some discomfort in tight or sensitive areas, but your therapist will always work within your comfort zone and use pregnancy-safe pressure and techniques. Communication during the session is encouraged.

Appointments are 60 minutes in length. A thorough session that includes a review of your health history and pregnancy stage, a postural assessment, and focused hands-on treatment tailored to your individual needs.

Pregnancy massage can be incorporated at different stages of pregnancy, from early in the first trimester through to the final weeks. Treatment is adapted to suit your stage and how you're feeling at the time.
