Mentoring

Mentoring is so many things and it’s really what ever you want it to be. It can be clinical physiotherapy, normalising the work-life balance struggle we all face. Talking through and navigating diagnosis and cases you haven’t come across before. Perhaps you lead a team at your clinic or group of allied health professionals. I'm here to support and guide you.

Are you a physio student, a new graduate? Perhaps you've been a physio for 2-5 years and looking for support, guidance, some normalisation of physiotherapy in todays ever changing holistic health world.

I have been in this profession for over 17 years, and I want to help change this burn out I hear all too often.  I want to see the drop out rate reduce and the growth to learn from every opportunity we face.  My goal is to to make life easier on physios, to help support with how to manage the load and normalise the struggle we sometimes feel.

As I continue to grow and evolve as a physiotherapist myself, mentoring other physiotherapists is something I have grown to love. For over 2 years I have been mentoring physiotherapists and exercise physiologists. We catch up regularly and cover all topics. This can be via zoom and in person.  It’s been amazing to see their growth over time.

If this is something you as an individual are interested in or perhaps your team would like to know more about, please get in touch.
