Zoe is the BEST physio! I came to her from a running injury and have seen other physios/osteos before. She really took the time to understand my history, lifestyle and my goals, explained everything to me really clearly, gave me a plan that was actually achievable and tips for what to look out for. She checked in on how my body was responding to our program too and thanks to her I've ticked off my bucket list item of running my first half marathon!

Zoe Rippon is the best physiotherapist I've ever had. She is honest, and passionate about physiotherapy, actively pursuing further education to improve her practice. She is the only physio who accurately diagnosed the cause of my pain and worked with me to improve it, meaning I've felt the best I have in years. Would 100% recommend Zoe if you want your pain to go away for good.

Have been having Zoe Rippon treat my neck & shoulders issues for the past 3 years.
Zoe has been absolutely great! She uses a combination of very deep tissue massage, dry needling and then exercises to help loosen the stiff muscles and to stretch them. I have tried many physios in my time, and would say Zoe is the best there is. Had never had dry needling done before, and also had heard stories from friends who had mixed reviews at times. But the dry needling I had done by Zoe has helped tremendously in loosening up my stiff neck muscles - instantly! Would strongly recommend Zoe to anyone who wants effective physio work done, and a strong exercise & stretch program to work on the issues. Thank you Zoe, you’ve done wonders for my neck and shoulders
