Running Programs

As a runner herself and completing four marathons - most recently doing the 2023 Melbourne Marathon - Kylie understands a runners point of view, goals and challenges. Kylie has developed several running programs for runners at all levels which are all built around the individual and their goals. 

 

From 5km to a full marathon, Kylie can support you and your running goals. Get in touch with Kylie to plan the right program for you.

Individualised running program 

  • A customized training plan tailored specifically to you

  • Expert guidance and assessment of running style considering any injury

  • Running program designed for you based on your aerobic capacity, using training peaks.

  • Running strength program tailored to your goals, based on aerobic capacity and science. Set with paces, and times to follow 

  • Weekly updated running program designed for you based on your aerobic capacity , 3 x runs per week

  • Access to our mobile app, where you can track your progress 

  • Regular check-ins with Kylie to track your progress and adjust your plan as needed

12 week strength program for runners

  • 12 week online program with access to the true coach app, videos and description to help guide

  • 2 x strength days/week 

  • Regular check-ins with Kylie to track your progress and adjust your plan as needed

  • Strength guided plan with progressions written by a physiotherapist for runners

 10km Running Program
for beginners and intermdiate

 

  • 12 week online program using training peaks

  • Progressive running program over 12 weeks 

  • 3 x runs per week 

  • Access to training peaks mobile app, where you can track your progress 

  • Regular check-ins with Kylie to track your progress and adjust your plan as needed

  • Tailored to your fitness level from a 1.6km time trial

Strength program for runners

  • Consultation: Movement assessment & Injury screening

  • Workouts customised for your individual goals  

  • Strength guided plan customised to your individual goals with physiotherapist approach.

  • Weekly online program

  • Access to true coach app. Videos and descriptions for guidance

  • History and injury screening

  • 2 x weekly strength days

  • 12 week customised strength program to follow

Combined running & strength program

  • Assessment of running style considering any injury 

  • Running and strength program designed for you based on your aerobic capacity 

  • Running 2-3 x per week

  • Strength 2 x per week

21km Half Marathon Running Program for intermediate and beginners 

  • 12 week online program using training peaks mobile app
