There are two types of running assessments available to choose from:
- In clinic: 1 hour in person running analysis in Richmond
- Online consultation: Video analysis and discussion of running technique

Online Running Assessment

Initial Questionnaire: Fill out a brief form about your running history, goals, and any injury concerns.

Video Submission: Email through videos of yourself running from the front, side and back.

Detailed Gait Analysis: Kylie will analyze your running form, foot strike, posture, and stride.

Personalised Report: You will recieve a report on your running technique, highlighting strengths, inefficiencies, and potential injury risks.

Strength Recommendations: tips to improve your form and prevent injury.

Virtual Follow-Up: Schedule a 45-minute telehealth video call to review your results and answer any questions.

Custom Training Plan: Return to running/ Running plan using training peaks (this is optional)
