Running Assessments

There are three types of running assessments available to choose from:

- In clinic: 1 hour in person analysis using the treadmill

- 1:1 run: 30 minute run with live analysis and instant feedback

- Online consultation: Video analysis and discussion of running technique

Online Running Assessment

WHAT TO EXPECT:

Prior to the consult, please provide a 2-3 minute video of you running showing your entire body height from the side and the back.
