What type of running assessment is right for me?
There are 3 types of running assessments to choose from:

In clinic: 1 hour in person analysis using the treadmill.
1:1 run: 30 minute run with live analysis and instant feedback.
Online Consultation: Video analysis and discussion of running technique.

Online Running Assessment
WHAT TO EXPECT:

Prior to the consult, please provide a 2-3 minute video of you running showing your entire body height from the side and the back.
